The ATE Open Innovation Programme aimed to connect the Portuguese and international ecosystems to the most innovative solutions in the energy and sustainable mobility sectors, reinforcing its role as a platform connecting innovators and strategic partners in the sector.
Promoted by the Alliance for Energy Transition (ATE) and developed in partnership with Beta-i and INESCTEC, the programme mobilised an international ecosystem around concrete challenges of the energy transition. The results were:
• 131 applications received, with strong international participation
• Solutions focused on decarbonisation, digitalisation, circularity and sustainable mobility
• 24 start-ups selected for the Online Pitch, creating real opportunities for dialogue and collaboration with industrial partners
The process allowed for the deepening of solutions, the identification of synergies and the laying of the foundations for potential pilots and future collaborations, in line with the strategic challenges of the sector.
