Smart Energy LAB announces its first patent, entitled ‘Charging Management System for Electric Vehicles’, an innovative system that is an integral part of the EDGE product.
EDGE is an innovative technological solution that improves the management of electric vehicle charging and integration with the electricity grid, with the following features:
- Efficient energy distribution: the platform guarantees optimised management of energy use, adjusting resources as necessary;
- Modular scalability: allows the charging system to be expanded as required, without compromising efficiency, adapting to the growth of the infrastructure;
- Real-time monitoring: offers continuous control of operations, making it easier to manage charging points and analyse performance data;
- Integration with renewable sources and smart mobility: it can be integrated with renewable energy solutions and supports Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) functionality, allowing electric vehicles to return energy to the grid, contributing to a more sustainable future.
