Enline, in partnership with Eneida, INESC TEC and CEVE, is leading the development of Advanced Crew Management, an innovative solution for optimising the allocation of human resources and increasing operational productivity.

Objective and benefits of the solution

Advanced Crew Management allows complete control over teams, assignments and performance, guaranteeing efficient and secure management of human resources. The platform provides a comprehensive database, including team roles, experience, certifications and availability, combined with a dynamic RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) system for secure and personalised access to information.

The solution’s main features

  • Team and human resources management – allows viewing, inserting and removing members, as well as customising attributes.
  • Smart Calendar – integrates working hours, holidays, public holidays and exceptional events.
  • Team allocation optimisation – advanced algorithm that considers costs, proximity, experience and certifications to select the ideal team for each task.
  • Real-time monitoring – Interactive map with GPS location of teams and integration with AVL systems via OAuth 2.0.
  • Customised reports and KPIs – detailed indicators on productivity, attendance and operational performance.
  • Integration with Google Calendar – automatic synchronisation of tasks and work orders.

Development phase and impact on the sector

Currently, there is already a working prototype and the team is developing the complete software. The Advanced Crew Management solution promises to transform the way operational teams are managed, guaranteeing greater efficiency, cost reduction and better utilisation of available human resources.

This project has received an incentive of 2.5 million euros from the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), as part of the ATE Agenda.
