Upskilling courses are aimed at active professionals from ATE’s partner organizations, focusing on updating and deepening technical skills in key areas of the energy transition.
These trainings allow for improved professional performance, keeping up with technological advancements in the sector, and promoting innovation within organizations. Participation by external entities is possible, subject to the conditions set by each training provider.

The training courses are free of charge for Agenda ATE consortium members.
Can entities outside the consortium participate in these training courses?
The Upskilling training courses are specially designed for ATE entities. However, entities outside the consortium may participate with the authorisation of the entity or entities providing the courses.
Do these training courses count towards the number of hours of professional training that employers are legally obliged to provide to their employees?
Yes, these training courses count towards the number of training hours that companies must provide to their employees, as stipulated in the Labour Code.
