OPT (Optimization and Transport Planning, S.A), FEUP and IST/IDMEC, organise a webinar to present the new Multimodal Platform for Public Transport, which will take place on April 2, from 2:30pm to 3:15pm.
Who is it for
The initiative is aimed at professionals and entities in the mobility and public transport sector, as well as all those interest in technological solutions that improve the efficiency of the transport network in Portugal.
Webinar Agenda
In this session, the existing and developing functionalities of the new platform will be presented, as well as the synchronization algorithm and the demonstrator pilot, currently being implemented at the stations of Ermesinde (Porto) and Cais do Sodré (Lisbon).
About the platform
This ATE project aims to develop a synchronized and efficient platform, to optimize and improve the experience of public transport passengers, promoting green and more sustainable mobility. Advanced technology is used to synchronize schedules and passenger flows, reducing delays and ensuring more efficient connections.
In addition to the partners mentioned above, Nomadtech, Solvit and ISEL are also part of this project.
